For senior leaders with multiple management layers and large teams (typically more then 100 people), office hours are a great mechanism to meet and connect with people on a regular basis.
Senior leaders can use office hours to receive feedback from the ground, to reaffirm the organisational vision, to provide directional guidance and to address outstanding concerns. Office hours are also an effective forum for junior members in an organisation to have face time with senior leaders.

A 1:1 is a regularly scheduled time slot for two people in an organisation to speak with each other one-to-one on issues of common interest. They are most commonly scheduled between a manager and a subordinate, but 1:1’s are also common between peers, stakeholders, mentors and mentees or any two people who need to regularly meet for functional or business alignment.
1:1’s are incredibly effective in building strong work relationships, building alignment and driving to mutually beneficial outcomes, in learning and in mentoring, coaching and learning as well as in providing and receiving support.

Staff meetings are meetings run with senior leaders in your organisation. Typically, these would be your direct reports but can extend to the senior managers in your organisation too. It is common for other supporting leaders not in your organisation to join the staff meeting; for example, HR business partners join staff meetings to ensure people issues are discussed on a timely basis.
Staff meetings are an extremely important forum to discuss policy and strategy, track progress of OKR’s and key metrics, surface problems and challenges, and provide a forum for key leaders to work cooperatively as a leadership team.
